Keyboard Short Coat for the Navigator Menu

Keyboard Short Coat to Activate the Navigator menu on edge also activates the READ ALOUD browser feature which tends to freeze the tab or crash the browser.
The close option doesn't not work all the time which tends to crash the tab.
According to a simple google search, there is no real option to turn off the read aloud option and it confirms the same keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+U activates the feature on the browser.
