Once I place a video, it can no longer be edited -- can't be moved, can't be resized, can't be edited in any way. And all I see in the editing panel is "Welcome to the new editor!" I don't need the welcome. I need the editing panel. Terrible execution of the new interface. Please stop messing with what used to be a good thing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and sorry for the confusion with the new editor.
Regarding the video element, please note that the video is rendered as an iframe, so after changing the video URL, it may not be possible to click directly on the video preview to open its settings panel.
You can still edit, move, or resize the video element by selecting it from the Navigator. Please follow the steps shown in this screenshot: https://letshare.link/14c4ed4b65
